Welcome to the Greater Portsmouth Chamber and the City of Portsmouth-one of the most sought after places to live and work in the country.  From its scenic waterfront, cultural amenities and history, to the world-class business park at the Pease International Tradeport, the region offers opportunities and a quality of life unequalled anywhere.

For nearly a century, the Chamber has been a driving force in the community supporting and promoting local business, influencing public policy, developing  tourism and helping to improve quality of life in the Seacoast.

More than 1,000 members strong, the Greater Portsmouth Chamber is the largest, most active business advocacy organization serving the Seacoast regions of southern New Hampshire and Maine. Each time businesses or individuals invest in the Chamber; they are hiring a team of  professionals to work for them; and to harness the collective energy, expertise, and time of our Board of Directors, staff, and numerous volunteers. Together, we work hard every day to make our region the best place to live and do business. 

The Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce is a private, non-profit, accredited, membership-driven organization comprised of business enterprises, civic organizations, education institutions, and individuals all dedicated to the same goal - to maintain a strong business community and unparalleled quality of life for all. 

We provide many opportunities for our members to Get Connected through business and civic leadership, government representation, participation opportunities, cost effective business services, and networking activities.
