    On June 20, executive chef and culinary educator David Crinieri will host the next installment of his interactive cooking class series at Tuscan Kitchen in Portsmouth. Hosted monthly in Tuscan’s state-of-the-art kitchen, Chef Crinieri will lead foodies and foodies-in-training on a learning tour of artisan Italian cuisine while creating and tasting the fruits of their labors. The theme of the next delicious educational endeavor is an Orecchiette & Bolognese Making Class. Using traditional techniques, cooking aficionados and amateurs will come together to create handmade orecchiette that will be complemented by Tuscan’s signature Bolognese, a classic braised sauce of beef, veal and pork topped with Parmigiano Reggiano.
