Our regular a la carte menu will be offered (at normal prices) alongside the prix fixe deal.

First Course (choose from)
A)Korean Lettuce Cups
Tamari-braised pork, spicy kimchee,
red bell pepper, and scallions
B) Winter Green Salad
Organic greens, toasted walnuts,
dried cranberries, fuji apple, and
champagne vinaigrette
C) Mussels Poached in Lager
Shallots, garlic, butter, and herbs
Main Course (choose from)
A) Braised Lamb over Couscous (house specialty)
Mixed vegetables sautéed in spicy harissa,
garbanzo beans, feta cheese, and flat bread
B) Vegetarian Couscous
Same as above with more delicious vegetables and no lamb
C) Roasted Organic Chicken with Gnocchi
Pillow soft potato dumplings,
roasted tomatoes, Parmigiano-Reggiano,
and applewood-smoked bacon
Dessert (choose from)
Vanilla Bean Creme Brulee,
Dark Chocolate Mousse, Fresh Berry Sorbet
Vanilla Ice Cream w/Whiskey Chocolate Sauce, Rasperry Sorbet with Fresh Berries
