Prominent Seacoast brokerage hiring for a Transaction Coordinator / Operations role. Remote or in-person candidates are considered. Base hourly rate + ‘per transaction’ fee paid.
- Manage transactions, client communications, and agent correspondence
- Handle marketing and outbound communications on behalf of brokerage
- Facilitate documents amongst respective transaction parties (i.e title company, lenders, cooperating agents, etc.)
- Assemble and organize office projects (developments, internal investments, etc.)
- Ensure compliance and manage filing systems within office
- Training provided
- Computer and desk provided
