Car or Cash Raffle for Children’s Museum Gives Great Odds
(Dover, NH – May 9, 2017) – The Children’s Museum of New Hampshire is selling $100 raffle tickets and the big winner can choose from a 2017 Midnight Edition Nissan Maxima valued at $40,695 or $20,000 cash! Online sales end at 2pm on Tuesday, May 23, but tickets can still be purchased at Port City Nissan in Portsmouth until 6pm that evening, when the winner will be announced by Z107 host Jadd Naamani.
This raffle is a fundraiser to support the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire and according to CMNH President Jane Bard, it’s one that they rely on. “We have done this raffle for the last 5 years, and because of all the ticket sales by families and individuals who believe in what we do here, we’re able to continue to offer unique and exciting programming.” The museum only sells 775 tickets, and as of this release has only sold around 417. “So that means your odds of winning are better than ever,” laughs Jane. “But seriously, the money that we raise from this and other fundraisers like it, allows us to continue to be able to provide subsidized museum visits for schools and families in challenging circumstances.
New this year, the museum is offering all ticket purchasers who attend the Tuesday, May 23 “winner reveal” event at Port City Nissan, a chance to win ONE extra raffle ticket. “If you join us at Port City between 5:30-6:15 and you’ve already purchased one ticket, we’ll enter you into a raffle to win one more chance. It’s definitely worth your time to come!” enthused Jane.
Tickets can be purchased online via the Museum’s website: www.childrens-museum.org or by calling 603-742-2002 during regular business hours.
The museum would like to thank its sponsors Z107, Rock 101, 96.7 News Radio, Manchester Boston Regional Airport and Port City Nissan.
Purchasers of car or cash raffle tickets must be 18 years or older, possess a valid driver’s license and provide proof of insurance. The winner is responsible for registration, title and all applicable federal, state and local taxes resulting from the award of this prize. Visit www.childrens-museum.org to learn more.
