CJ Architects Adds Seacoast Architect to the Firm
Scott Donovan adds decades of experience and people skills to the team
PORTSMOUTH, NH, May 9, 2018 – CJ Architects announced today that longtime seacoast architect, Scott Donovan, has joined CJ Architects as a Senior Project Architect.   Donovan joins the firm after spending the last fifteen years as a project architect in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Mr. Donovan holds a Master of Architecture degree from Clemson University and is a registered architect in New Hampshire and Maine.  His experience includes all forms of architectural project management including project design from inception through construction; client relations; site analysis; cost estimating and construction administration. His work has spanned across government, private, and educational sectors.
“I was attracted to CJ Architects because of the quality of their work, but also to be able to work in a more intimate environment that enables you to give each client the personal care and attention to detail needed to create beautiful and functional buildings that stand the test of time,” said Donovan.  “I am a people person and this opportunity allows me to work closely with people to create results, which will meet and hopefully exceed their expectations.”
Mr. Donovan has developed a reputation for superior work and attention to detail during his long career in the seacoast.  His decision to join CJ Architects comes on the heels of recent announcements that the firm has been selected to design several large development projects in the seacoast area.
“Scott’s project leadership qualities and his extensive experience are a terrific addition to our team.  He has the enthusiasm and dedication to make our client’s vision a reality,” stated Carla Goodknight, Lead Architect and owner of CJ Architects. “We feel fortunate to have someone with Scott’s abilities join us.”
