Colliers Leases Downtown Portsmouth Retail Space to LaBelle Winery

– Colliers International, a global leader in commercial real estate services, recently leased 2,717 square feet of retail space at The Kearsarge House, 104 Congress Street in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, to LaBelle Winery. David Choate and Andrew Ward of Colliers’ Portsmouth office represented the Lessor, Kearsarge House Associates, LP, and assisted the Lessee, LaBelle Winery, LLC, of Amherst, NH.
LaBelle Winery is an innovative New England vineyard and award winning winery, bistro, and wedding and events facility located in Amherst, New Hampshire. Amy LaBelle, the founder and winemaker, said, “Portsmouth is such a special place, and I couldn’t be more excited to open our new tasting room right near Market Square. We are the first winery presence in historic Portsmouth and look forward to sharing our award-winning wines with residents of this vibrant community and visitors to the Seacoast region.”
LaBelle Winery Portsmouth is home to a wine-tasting room, wine and gift shop featuring The Winemaker’s Kitchen culinary line of products, as well as a fine art gallery. The store will also host private events and LaBelle hosted events.
The LaBelle Winery shop brings The Kearsarge House to 100% occupancy. The Kearsarge House is a nineteenth century landmark in the heart of downtown Portsmouth located at the foot of Chestnut Street and adjacent to the historic Music Hall.
