Dover Consignment Sale Offers Deals on Fall & Winter Kid’s Clothing

(Dover NH – September 1, 2017) - On Saturday, September 16, 9am-3pm and Sunday September 17, 10am-1pm the Children’s Museum of NH will host its semi-annual Consignment Sale. The sale is a huge children's clothing and gear sale held at the Hellenic Center, 219 Long Hill Road in Dover, NH.

Each of the two annual sales, offered in the Fall and Spring, have over 23,000 items for sale by local consignors. Items include children’s clothes from infant to teen, baby gear, footwear, costumes, toys, nursery furniture and décor, sports equipment, books and more. “We have many families that shop our sale to find the perfect holiday outfit or a Halloween costume,” said Joy Mueller, Consignment Sale Coordinator. “Every sale benefits, not only a local consigning family who earn back 60% of their sale, but also the Children’s Museum of New Hampshire’s Reach All Initiative which works to support visits by families in challenging circumstances.”

“I look forward to this sale every season,” shared April Danielle LaRoche of Barnstead, NH. “I consign my daughter’s clothes that she has grown out of, then use that money to buy her an entire wardrobe for the season! It’s so easy and the clothes are always fabulous.”

New this sale, anyone who purchases anything during the Saturday, September 16th sale, will automatically be entered to win 4 tickets to the Seacoast Mom and Baby Expo on Saturday, October 14 in Eliot, Maine.

Please note that the consignment sale is not held at the Children’s Museum, has no admission fee, and that parents are strongly encouraged to leave their children at home during this event, due to the large crowds.
