    Leadership Seacoast Welcomes Class of 2018
    Northeast Credit Union and Bank of New Hampshire Sponsor Opening Retreat
    Durham, N.H., January 3, 2018- Leadership Seacoast, a local non-profit organization committed to the development of informed and active community leaders, opened the 2018 program year with a retreat held at The Browne Center for Innovative Learning in Durham, New Hampshire. Sponsored by Northeast Credit Union and Bank of New Hampshire, the day-long event welcomed 39 members to the Class of 2018.

    With support from the Browne Center facilitators and an impressive list of speakers and presenters, the Class spent the day tackling team building exercises to create important connections to set the stage for the 6-month experiential learning program that will cover issues in the community focused on criminal justice, education, economic development, government, health and human services, the environment, and arts and culture. Presentations and exercises focused on bridging the gaps between individual class members’ personal identities, professional personas, civic and volunteer connections and associated understanding of the important questions facing the Seacoast region. The Leadership Seacoast Class of 2018 includes:
