  • NHAA offers live model drawing sessions

    PORTSMOUTH – The New Hampshire Art Association is offering live model drawing sessions each month at its Robert Lincoln Levy Gallery at 136 State Street.
    This is a two-hour drawing session with a clothed model. There will be timed poses and all levels of experience are welcome. There is no instruction or critique, but if artists wish to share their artwork at the end of the session, time can be allowed to do so. 
    Bring a sketchpad, graphite or Conte pencils, kneaded or gum erasers (no paint, ink or pastels.) These sessions are open to NHAA members and non-members and are coordinated by artist Joanna Novembrino.
    No registration necessary. Just drop in and pay at the session. Fee is $10 for NHAA members and $15 for non-members.
    Dates are Wednesday evenings:   April 17, May 15, June 19 and July 17 from 7:30 to 9:30 p.m.
