WSCA Adds New Board Member; Names New Board President and Vice President
Portsmouth, NH- WSCA 106.1 FM – Portsmouth Community Radio, is pleased to welcome new board member, Anna Nuttall. Anna is a visual arts teacher at Portsmouth Middle School and at Portsmouth Music and Art Center. She joins the board with over 20 years experience in the Portsmouth school system and plans to help WSCA Radio with the growth and development of the programming and outreach in the community.
In other news around the station, Rick Pickford has stepped down as board chair/president and has announced, Jason Boucher as new WSCA board president and Christopher Hislop as board vice president. Pickford remains on the board and will oversee special projects moving forward.
Said Boucher, “I am honored and excited to lead WSCA Radio forward, expanding our reach and, along with the west end, growing and reaching more people, as well as getting people excited about community radio once again.”
