The Kenosha Kid’s valedictory film is an antic, free-wheeling documentary about an art forger, his biographer - who is also revealed to have penned a hoax biography of Howard Hughes - and Welles’ own public deceits, including the radio broadcast of War of The Worlds. Part of The Music Hall Film Club.
