Foreign Policy Discussion Group 8 Week Course. Tuesdays 10:00 - 11:15 AM. January 12 - March 1. Portsmouth Public Library. What is ISIS, and what danger does it pose to U.S. interests? How does the world resettle refugees while maintaining border security? What can the U.S. government do to combat climate change? Learn more about these and other foreign policy issues with a retired U.S. Foreign Service officer as your guide, this winter at the library. This FREE 8 week 'Great Decisions' course is created by the Foreign Policy Association. Each week, participants will watch a 30 minute documentary on an issue, which will be followed by a discussion.
