Introducing The Workshop at PPL! Hoping to learn a new skill in the new year? Looking for affordable ways to make or mend the things you need? Wish you had more crafting or technology gear to play with? Look no further than The Workshop at Portsmouth Public Library – coming in 2020. The Workshop is a space for learning, crafting, making, mending and experimenting for all ages. To kick off, we’ll be offering a series of classes throughout the winter months. Intro to Cricut: Make a Thank You Card! Tuesday January 21 | 6:30 – 8 PM Come meet the Library's Cricut Maker- a cutting, scoring, drawing machine! In this introductory class, learn the basics of Cricut machines including Cricut's Design Space to create a custom thank you card using provided materials. For adults & teens ages 12+. Stay Tuned For… • Cool technology classes in February – learn how to use a GoPro and experience virtual reality! • Sewing & textile classes in March – including embroidery and knitting!
