Step into Nichinan’s exclusive parlor on Tuesday, September 30th, 2025 at 6 PM for the second dinner in our Omakase Series: Koyo: Autumn Glow. This intimate 9-course dinner celebrates the flavors of fall, blending traditional Japanese techniques with the best of New England’s autumn ingredients. Limited to 14 guests, diners will be seated at a communal table, with each course thoughtfully crafted to reflect the colors, textures, and tastes of the koyo season.
