Nonfiction Book Discussion meets once monthly at the Portsmouth Public Library, on Tuesday at 7 PM in the Hilton Garden Room. All are welcome! Books are available for check out with your PPL card. February 16: Astronaut Wives Club by Lily Koppel (2013). In this entertaining and quirky throwback, journalist Koppel revisits the ladies who cheered and bolstered their men to victory in the U.S. space program from the late ?50s through early 1970s, revealing public triumph and rarely private agony.
