Description
In the heat of WWII, lovers come together in an Island Paradise as prejudice and war threaten to tear them apart. Nellie, a nurse from Arkansas, falls in love with Emile, a French planter with children from a native mother. Meanwhile, Lt. Joe Cable falls in love with a Tonkinese girl, but is torn by prejudice and duty.
