The Best of Portsmouth Tasting Tour will run for the holiday weekend. From Rachel Ray to Phantom Gourmet, you're invited to taste at restaurants you've seen on TV or in magazines. The 2 1/2 hour walking tour will take you through downtown Portsmouth for 5 restaurant tastings.
