Ralph Rosa served the first beer in Portsmouth after the repeal of Prohibition nearly 100 years ago for just 10 cents!
 

The Rosa will be celebrating the restaurant community that has sprung from the early efforts of Ralph Rosa first opening the door The Rosa nearly 100 years ago on Dec. 25, 1927.
