Description
Ri Ra the Irish Pub and Restaurant is excited to host a special collaboration dinner called "Two Pubs And A Dub", a unique opportunity that will allow guests to experience the combined culinary talents of their Ri Ra chefs and Chef John Deasy of their sister pub TapHouse in Dublin, Ireland.
Chef Justin and Chef John will prepare this five course menu using local products. The menu includes some tasty dishes such as oxtail soup with a parsley and marrow dumpling, beetroot cured salmon, local scallop ceviche with burnt apple, pickled cucumber and baby fennel, braised lamb shank with a wild mushroom and goat cheese tart.
