This Lunch & Learn event is for business owners that want to know what areas of their organizations need improvement and development in order to grow the values of their businesses. Most business owners start their business for the freedom that comes from running their own company. They can to do business with whom they want, when they want and from wherever they want. The challenge for many business owners is that the dream remains elusive. In fact, many business owners even feel trapped in their business because they are the sole expert on every aspect of the company. A planned exit strategy will help reduce owner dependency and will prepare others to transition the company into the future. This workshop covers: increasing the value of your business, exit strategy option, the selection and transition of future leadership, financing your succession, and the tax and legal implications to consider.
