Whether you're just starting out or have been in business for a while, this workshop for the small business owner will help you explore what you need to know about business finances from figuring out your breakeven point to estimating your tax responsibility to knowing what financial pitfalls are common for your type of business and how to avoid them. Focused on cash flow, not accounting, this seminar will help you identify the key financial factors that drive your business--allowing you to avoid common errors and increase profitability. We discuss many different ways of financing your business. We cover everything from the pros and cons of investing money you already have or can borrow to internet-based crowd finding, bank borrowing and SBA-backed loans. A representative from the SBA will be on hand to answer questions.
