As the City of Portsmouth emerges from a full year of wrestling with the COVID-19 pandemic hear from City leaders on how the city will respond to a new economy and potentially a new way of life.
Joining us for the 2021 State of the City presented by CIT Bank with additional support from Centrus Digital will be Rick Becksted, Mayor and Karen Conard, City Manager.
