    Business Technology Specialist plays a critical role in leveraging, implementing, and troubleshooting technology solutions that enable the business to achieve growth, productivity, efficiency, and security. They will perform a variety of responsibilities including install, design, build, test, and deploy solutions to fulfill the changing needs of our dynamic organization. Their work will span across multiple business applications, points of integration, and processing jobs. They will also monitor and repair issues across our broad set of technology to keep critical operations running. Specific Responsibilities Include: Client facing lead to assess and understand business and technical requirements, helping elicit additional details as needed. Contribute to the implementation or changes to business technology solutions; install and configure tools, build or set up technical integrations, and develop code or write scripts to achieve requirements. Ensure integrity of business technology solutions; participate in integration and systems testing during implementations, changes, or upgrades; create and update test scenarios and test cases, perform tests. Resolve issues related to business systems, integration between applications (ERP, WMS, web, etc.), processing jobs, incorrect data, improper user actions, degradation of performance, etc. Monitor issue queue, respond to alerts, and close tickets. Provide prompt resolution as well as address root cause of failures or warnings, suggest and implement redesigns needed to make more effective. Provide support and communication directly with internal customers across the organization as appropriate. Leverage an existing library of documentation and escalate issues to the team as necessary taking the opportunity to partner and learn. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or similar technical school or vocational education certificate plus two years of relevant experience Experience in system integration, computer programing and software lifecycle development (SDLC). Experience in Integration methodologies such as .XML, .JSON, Web Services. Experience in a business setting including financials, sales, and supply chain processes. Knowledge of and experience in SQL databases. Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV as Super User and/or system administrator including familiarity with table structures, testing, setup and configuration. Microsoft Dynamics BC/NAV C/AL & AL development, events and extensions. Insight Software’s Jet Analytics and data warehousing principles. Koerber/High Jump WMS configuration, integrations, functionality.
