    Qualifications, Skills and Experience
    Two + years management experience • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Bar Management experience • Knowledge of industry POS (Toast) systems concepts, usage and solutions Responsibilities: • Hire and train lodge staff • Ensure all licenses are current including health, safety and liquor • Managerial functions and support (onsite and remote) of the POS system • Cash management for Grille Room, Function Hall, and Lottery • Staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage to meet the needs of the lodge • Ensure proper inventory of Liquor, Wine, and Beer • Ensure staff follows all state and lodge procedures regarding food and liquor • Supply chain management to include vendor events and specials • Monthly inventory to include cost of goods sold • Payroll • Management of New Hampshire Lottery and Charitable gaming • Required membership to the Elks Lodge to be obtained within 60 days

    Compensation & Benefits:
    • Salary negotiable based on the candidate’s experience • 14 days Paid Time Off • Thanksgiving & Christmas
