    Job Description

    Your position is integral to the successful internal workings of the company. It revolves around the development, implementation, assessment and continual improvement of internal systems that directly support areas such as: project management, media planning + buying, account service, as well as, the agency’s day to day operations.

    Responsibilities include: 

    Project Management/Media Campaign Production Management

    • Prepare for and facilitate weekly production meetings

    • Coordinate paid media and SEO project timelines with internal and external teams

    • Communicate priorities and weekly tasks to digital media buyer(s) and SEO specialist

    • Generate ad specifications for creative teams

    • Maintain and coordinate project production timelines

    • Manage trafficking deadlines for all advertising materials

    • Organize and administer media plan setup within media buying software, MediaPlanHQ

    • Coordinate and disseminate daily snail mail, email, phone and other correspondence

    Media Billing/Estimating

    • Prepare and coordinate all estimates and invoices

    • Receive and approve incoming vendor and supplier invoices

    • Support bookkeeper, as needed, with administrative tasks related to billing and reconciliation of media accounts in our media planning software system, MediaPlanHQ

    General Agency Operations

    • Take ownership of agency-wide operational tasks and responsibilities

    • Manage and assess system efficiencies and use of agency project management and media buying software

    • Participate in regular departmental check-ins with agency principal to talk about ideas, engage in a give-and-take on project status and share feedback

    • Offer general agency-wide administrative support

    • Provide mentorship and help to facilitate workload of agency marketing coordinator

    Job Type: Full-time

     COVID-19 considerations: 

    We’ve been working 100% remotely since March 2020, despite the fact that we have a beautiful office in the heart of downtown Portsmouth, NH. Plans for returning to the office in a hybrid model are being put into place.

    Successful candidates will demonstrate the following attributes:

    • Extremely well organized and detail-oriented.
    • Eager to learn new things.
    • Curious about advertising, SEO and content generation.
    • Comfortable with technology, including a variety of online project management, social media, and time tracking tools.
    • Fluent in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
    • At ease working with numbers, data sets and interested in metrics and analytics.
    • Understands basic math concepts.
    • Willing to bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to our team.
    • Genuinely committed to excellent client service and creating a positive work environment.
    • Persistent and resilient to overcome obstacles and find creative solutions to unexpected challenges.
    • Flexible enough to respond to an ever-changing list of priorities and tasks.
    • Familiar with general advertising agency roles and operations.
    • A graduate of a four-year college or university with B.S./B.A degree.
