  • COVID-19 (Coronavirus) update from Convenient MD

We would like to provide an update regarding ConvenientMD's response as the COVID-19 (coronavirus) situation develops. ConvenientMD Urgent Care can now provide testing for COVID-19. Please note that due to CDC and state health guidelines and in an effort to conserve COVID-19 testing supplies, we will only be administering COVID-19 testing to healthcare workers, individuals who work in a healthcare environment, and those who are at the greatest risk for infection who are symptomatic.

Regarding return to work doctor’s notes, ConvenientMD will provide an assessment of your employee, like any other urgent care patient. We will follow the protocols in place to protect our staff and other patients in an effort to limit the spread of COVID-19, which may result in self-quarantine for a period of time.

ConvenientMD will continue to provide work injury care, occupational health services (no breath alcohol testing or pulmonary function testing), outpatient lab, and outpatient x-ray at all open clinics. Due to the precautions we are taking throughout our buildings and on premise – you can trust our clinics are safe, clean, and meet OSHA’s standards.

To better service our patients and community in this time of need, we are pleased to announce we will be launching Virtual Urgent Care Services in New Hampshire (Maine and Massachusetts to follow) beginning Wednesday, March 25th at 8:00am. The introduction of this service is being offered as an extension of our current offerings and follows our core values of providing high quality, convenient care. In this case, you are able to speak with a medical professional face-to-face from the safety and comfort of your home or office. For more information visit www.convenientmd.com/virtual-visit or call (603) 570-2800 to speak with a provider.
