Thousands of complimentary lunches to be served on Veterans Day at four Tuscan locations
If you are a veteran, lunch will be on the house for you and a guest on Veterans Day, Monday, Nov. 11 from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Tuscan Kitchen, 581 Lafayette Road, Portsmouth.
As part of Tuscan Brands' ongoing commitment to serving the community and giving back to those most deserving, it will again serve thousands of complimentary lunches on Veterans Day, not only in Portsmouth, but at its four Tuscan Kitchen locations (Portsmouth and Salem, N.H. and Boston and Burlington, Mass.)
Available to all veterans and active military personnel, Tuscan Brands has served more than 17,000 guests on this day over the past nine years as a small way of saying “thank you” to these brave and selfless individuals.
The tradition started in 2010 on the day that CEO and Chief Food Taster Joe Faro opened the first Tuscan Kitchen in Salem, N.H. This year, Tuscan Brands will close all locations to the public in order to treat thousands of local veterans and their chosen guest to a complimentary three-course menu. From 11 a.m.-4 p.m., Tuscan's teams of chefs, servers and more will donate their time to show their appreciation for these individuals’ valiant service to our country while giving them to an afternoon in Italy sans passport.
For reservations in Portsmouth, call (603) 570-3600. The complimentary reservations include one guest per veteran/active military personnel.
