In its continued effort to provide resources to the community, Seacoast Mental Health Center (SMHC) will offer 5 Continuing Education Credits (CEUs) to professionals, including providers and educators, at the 15th Erik Cogswell Memorial Conference. This year?s theme is ?Trauma: The Relationship to Mental Health and Recovery.? Cheryl Sharp, senior advisor for trauma-informed services for the National Council for Behavioral Health, will serve as keynote speaker. A sampling of other speakers include Mark Gilbertson, Ph.D, Manchester VA Medical Center; Martha Robb, Ph.D, Dartmouth School of Medicine; and SMHC?s John Miller, M.D. The 15th Erik Cogswell Memorial Conference will take place on Thursday, October 23 at the Harbor Events & Conference Center in Portsmouth.
