This FREE community workshop is for caregivers—current or future—and those they care for.
Participants will have the opportunity to assess non-paid, family caregiving demands, identify gaps, and uncover what’s urgent and important. We’ll explore ways to share responsibilities and support those involved by leveraging strengths within their family and community. Whether planning for next week or next year, participants will leave with tools, strategies, and clarity to approach caregiving as a team, while avoiding assumptions and navigating challenges with confidence.
