You're invited to the party! Come make history with the Portsmouth Historical Society as they celebrate the 268th birthday of John Paul Jones on Sunday, July 12th. The festival will be held at the John Paul Jones House. Admission and house tours are free to the public. Events begin at 1PM at the John Paul Jones House, at the corner of Middle and State Streets in historic Portsmouth, New Hampshire, with the presentation of colors by the Portsmouth Naval Shipyard Color Guard. There will be live music by local folk band Great Bay Sailor, cake, crafts and games Don't forget to bring a lawn chair.
