Join the Portsmouth Historical Society for a book signing with James Polus, the author of Portsmouth.
Polus will be reading an excerpt from his epic novel, a classical saga reliving the story of a 1623 fictitious family and twelve successive generations that bring New England seacoast history to life. The novel Portsmouth celebrates the 400th anniversary of the founding of this historic seaport, so reminiscent of colonial times.
