We're calling it Warm Hearts & Cold Beer, and it will be held Dec. 15 at the Portsmouth Brewery, which will be closed to the public, but open to us from 5 to 7 p.m. that night. The event is not only a celebration of the season, but also in support of Cross Roads House.
Don't miss out on the big raffle in support of Cross Roads House!
Raffle prizes include:
Cross Roads House has been a driving force in the fight against homelessness in New Hampshire since 1982. Serving the Seacoast area and southern York County in Maine, it is the second largest shelter in the state, providing both emergency and transitional services to homeless individuals and families. Beyond shelter and meals, Cross Roads House residents receive in-house case management, access to life skills programs and local agency partners, all to support their work to find a home and thrive in the community.
With access to affordable housing a continual and escalating crisis, support from the community remains paramount. Almost 70% of CRH’s annual funding comes from individual donors and private organizations – all of which goes to support the immediate needs of our residents as well as operating expenses. Make a donation today and become part of the collective impact that Cross Roads House makes.
Another long-standing member of the Seacoast community, the Portsmouth Brewery opened in 1991 as the state’s first brewpub. From day one they have taken seriously their role as a place where people gather, share and celebrate and as a proud supporter of non-profit organizations in the community.
