Project SEARCH Students Host Car Wash at Great Bay Community College on August 15th PORTSMOUTH – The Project SEARCH interns for the 2019-2020 class will be participating in a car wash from 10 am to 2 pm on Thursday, August 15th at Great Bay Community College in Portsmouth at the Pease Tradeport. Money raised will go to unfunded or underfunded Project SEARCH interns and classroom upgrades. Project SEARCH is a nine-month work-training program for young adults with developmental and physical disabilities. The internship program, which is hosted at Portsmouth Regional Hospital and partnered with Great Bay Community College, NH Vocational Rehabilitation, and Community Partners is geared toward helping young adults with disabilities learn transferable work skills and professionalism with the ultimate goal of competitive employment.
