The City of Portsmouth and the Greater Portsmouth Chamber of Commerce invite downtown residents, business owners, and the community at large to learn about new initiatives to improve the parking experience in downtown Portsmouth.  City of Portsmouth Parking Manager, Joseph Giodano, will provide an update on current initiatives and long term plans for additional parking improvements.  

During the presentation the City will provide a demonstration on the Passport Parking App that will allow parkers to pay for parking using their phones, eliminating the necessity of meter change and kiosk lines.
