Description

Blue Ocean Society for Marine Conservation will be hosting a beach cleanup on Saturday, April 18, 2015 in celebration of Earth Day.  The cleanup will be at Pierce Island at 11AM.  Volunteers for that cleanup should meet at the swimming pool.   All supplies, including bags, non-latex gloves, and data cards will be provided. Please RSVP for the cleanup by emailing info@blueoceansociety.org or calling 603-431-0260.  Both Earth Day Beach Cleanups are sponsored by Gells, an apparel company based in Connecticut.
 
The Blue Ocean Discovery Center will also be open to the public that day from 10AM – 3PM.  Typically, there is a $1 admission but in celebration of Earth Day, admission will be free (donations are always appreciated).
