The Future of Productivity is NOW : Test drive Microsoft's newest products! Unlike most training seminars, this collaborative environment is organized around a typical worker's day. It employs involvement from all participants to solve a number of scenarios based on priority and communication while incorporating Windows 8 and Office 2013 Office Products with specific emphasis on Lync (Chat & Web Conferencing), Office 365/ Email-Exchange and SharePoint across a variety of devices, including tablets, PCs, and smart phones. Each participant is provided a notebook/tablet device and communications equipment to allow them to see all the software interacting together. Unlike traditional technology demonstrations, the MEC is aligned around your business needs. Participants are asked to contribute some business problems they experience in their current environment and solve them together. An MEC session is not a generic demonstration about Microsoft products. It is a genuine user experience that will take you through common work-related scenarios such as staying productive while mobile, using social networking to get work done, and connecting real-time with your co-workers. It also allows you to become familiar with: Office 365, Email, Exchange, Lync (Chat & Web Conferencing) Windows 8 and Office 2013 "Online Sharing with One Drive" SharePoint Collaboration Sessions are led by a trained facilitator and are designed to be interactive, experiential, hands-on and fun! Participants often include decision makers from multiple areas of a company. Custom sessions are available as well. Space is limited to 10 users per session and to companies of 10 employees or more.
