Join us at Vida Cantina on Sunday, July 27 from 5 to 9 p.m. for a special one-night-only culinary event featuring James Beard Award winning author and wild foods expert Hank Shaw in collaboration with Chef and Owner David Vargas. The two will create a 4-course dinner inspired by Shaw’s newest book, Borderlands, a celebration of bold ingredients, foraged flavors, and borderlands cuisine.
Each $75 reservation includes the full dinner and a signed copy of Borderlands. Optional beverage pairings will be available for purchase. Hank will be in the dining room throughout the evening, greeting guests and sharing stories. Seating is limited and reservations are required.
