How does the world resettle refugees while maintaining border security? What can the U.S. government do to combat climate change? Learn more about these and other foreign policy issues with a retired U.S. Foreign Service officer as your guide, this winter at the library. This FREE 8 week 'Great Decisions' course is created by the Foreign Policy Association. Each week, participants will watch a 30 minute documentary on an issue, which will be followed by a discussion.
