HandCraft Wine Tasting to Benefit NH ...
Description
The New Hampshire Liquor Commission (NHLC), HandCraft Wines and M.S. Walker New Hampshire are teaming up to raise funds for breast cancer patients in need of financial assistance. Two events designed to inspire and engage guests while introducing them to HandCraft Wines will take place at The One Hundred Club in Portsmouth on September 23 from 5:30-7:30 p.m. and at O Steaks & Seafood in Concord September 24 from 5:00-7:00 p.m. with 100% of tickets sales going directly to the New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition. HandCraft proprietor Cheryl Indelicato and nationally renowned author, public health expert and breast cancer survivor Dr. Sheri Y. Prentiss will be featured speakers. Also throughout September and October a portion of proceeds from all HandCraft wines sold at New Hampshire Liquor & Wine Outlets will be donated to NHBCC. Event tickets are $25 and can be purchased at http://handcraftevent.ticketleap.com. The proceeds from the partnership with NHLC and HandCraft will support NHBCC's Support Services Fund, a resource for New Hampshire patients who have exhausted all other options for financial assistance. In 2014 alone, NHBCC helped 112 women with $78,000 in financial assistance. Typical requests for help include rent or mortgage payments, co-pays for treatment, transportation, childcare and other household expenses.
