David "Lou" Ferland, retired Portsmouth Police Chief, will share stories about the history of Portsmouth's waterfront, and will invite you for traditional toasts along the way! A sail on this historic ship is a great way to learn about the maritime history of the region from the best vantage point the city has to offer.
