Monkey business will prevail at the Children’s Museum of NH on Saturday, April 11 when Curious George comes to visit as part of the Books Alive children’s literature program sponsored by Fidelity Investments and the UNIQUE College Investing Plan. The mischievous monkey will be at the museum from 10 am and 2 pm for hugs, high-fives, stories and creative activities.
At this Books Alive event, museum staff will be reading Curious George stories by Margaret and Hans “H.A.” Rey throughout the day. The friendly costumed monkey character will pop in and out to greet children, exchange a hug or high-five, and pose for photos. There will also be a variety of monkey-inspired literacy, math and creative activities for children in the museum’s large classroom.
All Books Alive activities are included with regular paid admission to the museum: $9 for adults and children over the age of 1 and $8 for seniors. Museum admission is free for Children’s Museum of NH members and children under 1 year old.
