YellowHouse Blues Band Fundraiser benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of NH, Portsmouth Music and Arts Center, and 3S Artspace Friday, June 6 Doors 6:30pm / Show 7:30pm General Admission Advance $25 / GA Day of Show $30 All ages / Partially seated -- The YellowHouse Blues Band is a 9-piece, high energy blues & blues rock band with horns and multiple vocalists, known for putting their own take on popular songs and making them their own. A band from the Seacoast of NH and ME, they’ve sold out venues all over New England, and are excited to be back at 3S Artspace!
Their song list encompasses material from Blues legends like Howlin’ Wolf and The Rolling Stones, to Motown stars like Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder, and modern-day artists such as Eric Gales, Tedeschi Trucks Band and Larkin Poe. As a band, their mission is to raise money for non-profits in our community. The organizations benefiting from this show are Big Brothers Big Sisters of NH and Portsmouth Music and Arts Center (PMAC)! To date, YHBB has raised over $160,000 for non-profits, and their stretch goal is to bring that number to $250,000.
