Albacore Park will hold their annual Navy History Day on September 19th - this year's theme is The Portsmouth Navy Yard - L8 to Today. 

Admission for all Portsmouth Navy Yard employees and their families, as well as all active duty military and their families will be free that day. 

Family fun for all ages! Come celebrate 100 years of Portsmouth's submarine building legacy with toy submarine races, Sea Cadet drill demonstrations, face painting, remote control sub demos, a submarine movie film festival, and a number of vendors including the US Navy, United States Coast Guard Auxiliary, and local authors.
