Marcelo is a personal development coach and entrepreneur. He is the owner of Marcelo Vargas Coaching and founder of the Indescribable Dads program that helps (self-employed, driven men and fathers) men aspiring to create a better life for their family to become a more integrated version of themselves and prioritize the things and people in their lives that matter most without sacrificing one for the other. 

Marcelo’s practical approach provides a step-by-step framework for evolving and transforming men in order for them to achieve higher levels of joy, fulfillment and purpose.

When Marcelo is not in service mode, he enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife, Sara, and awesome two boys, Luca and Micah. He enjoys taking walks and exploring the open spaces on the Seacoast, reading, cycling and the hunt for a perfectly made cup of coffee.
