Program Title: The value of differences. 

Program Description: Every characteristic an individual possesses is what makes us different. Our experiences, our background, and perspectives shape our life; and when individuals with varying identities feel welcomed by others who are different, great things start to happen, such as inclusion and belonging. Let's take this time to start a conversation on DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) by exploring what makes us different, and how embracing those differences can help us build bridges and experience our connections to others in a richer way. 

Sharon Harris: (she/her/hers) is the owner of Partnered Success College and Life Coaching LLC. She uses her background as an Educational Consultant and Certified Life & Career Coach to assist students and their families in navigating educational and career options after high school. Additionally, she supports adults as they consider career and educational options as a Career and Life Coach.

Diana LeBlanc: (she/her/hers) is an Assistant Vice President, Talent & Diversity Specialist at Bangor Savings Bank. Diana also serves as the co-chair for the Diversity Hiring Coalition of Maine. Diana's background includes roles as an HR Generalist where she developed a passion for talent best-practices with DEI at the core of this work.
