At the hands-on event, Chef Crinieri will show foodies the art behind Tuscan's homemade ricotta-stuffed gnocchi with a sausage ragu followed by his "students" enjoying their finished products. With pillowy dumplings atop this hearty braised sauce, a taste of Italy is never far.
