Our first morning workshop! This workshop for the small business owner will help you explore what you need to know about business finances from figuring out your break-even point to understanding your tax responsibilities. Focused on cash flow, not accounting, this seminar will help you identify the key financial factors that drive your business--allowing you to avoid common errors and increase profitability. The last half of the workshop focuses on the many alternative ways to source money for investment in your new or growing business, including the pros and cons of each. Internet-based crowd funding, bank borrowing and SBA backed loans will be discussed and a representative of the SBA will be on hand to answer questions.
