The Sunset Moonrise workshop series is an immersive experience of yogic and therapeutic techniques to enhance your understanding of the mind-body connection; focusing on mindfulness, balance, breathing, and chakra energy to cultivate your journey toward understanding the meaning of yoga on a deeper level for oneself on the mat, and in support of the world at large off the mat! Using Somatic, Yin, & Ashtanga techniques, learn to support the connection of the mind-body in a society that benefits from our disconnection, to enhance a healthy lifestyle, and to intertwine yoga practice with your daily life. Self-love, self-care, compassion, exploration, and curiosity are key components. This is a safe space for ALL BODIES and ALL BODIES are encouraged to participate; especially those who have not felt comfortable attending a yoga class in the past. This workshop is free and open to all ages. Drop in to one or all five sessions. If possible, please bring your own yoga mat and any props necessary for your comfort level. We will have some to share.
