The documentary The Last Crop chronicles family farmers Jeff and Annie Main’s struggle to ensure their working farm’s future in California’s Central Valley. Their journey personalizes a story echoed on farms across our nation, as one out of every three of our aging farming population will face retirement by 2030. Children leave. Ideals are questioned.
